broken but still works. It's pretty hard.
defective but still functional. It's a fairly heavy and fragile item, but it came in an envelope that didn't even have bubble wrap. One of the plugs was almost broken. I filled the crack with gel super glue and it worked. The car only drives around town, so I'm fine with such a temporary repair, but if the price wasn't so cheap I would return it.
