I don't know if I received a defective product or if this product is really supposed to work that way. When I first received the product, I tested it to make sure it was working properly. I connected it to my iPhone 7 Plus and it easily boosted the charge by 10%. So I assumed it was a fully working product so I unplugged it from my phone. I then plugged it into the wall and fully charged the product to 100%. After charging was complete, I placed it on the windowsill that gets direct sunlight for several hours a day. After four days I connected the product to my iPhone 6S and it only increased the charge by 20% before it was completely empty. Also, I assumed the device would charge my phone when I started it. Even after five minutes of work, my phone wasn't charging. Again, I don't know if I received a defective product or not. But the emergency battery, which either doesn't hold a charge or can only deliver 20% of the charge and doesn't deliver any charge when the device is scrolled, is almost useless for me.
