I train for ultramarathons and typically run 50-90 miles a week. I have a Nathan Vapor Airess that I use for longer runs and the original 2 liter tank that came with it broke (which I've heard is common with Nathan tanks). I bought it as a spare and have used it on a few runs recently including several 50k's. I didn't use the original mouthpiece so I can't speak to any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. I figured it would be too bulky for my connection, so I replaced it with the one on Nathan's old bladder. The pouch itself is easy to open and fill, and the hose is easy to connect/disconnect. and the bag feels sturdy. I had a leak problem when I first filled it up and flipped it over to suck out the excess air, but apparently that was just because I hadn't tightened the cap as tightly as possible. Since then there have been no problems.
