I don't think you will regret purchasing this versatile wrist brace. I really wanted to put a comfortable bandage around my wrist after a fall that didn't break my wrist, it dislocated it. He also revealed that I had a bone spur and arthritis in my wrist. I put it on as soon as I got it and took a good nap. My wrist hurt and was still swollen three weeks after the fall. There are two in the pack and they can be used on either wrist. Depending on how you grip your wrist, the pressure can be in different places. I read the reviews and thought why would anyone buy another brace when the reviews are better and the price is lower? I think if you need a wrist brace it will fit perfectly. This is an additional comment: I have a problem with them being too tight. I didn't realize it until I fell asleep and when I woke up my fingers were swollen.
