Review on 🧺 Excelsior HE Concentrated Liquid Laundry Detergent with Stain Remover - 333 Load Cleaning Power, Phosphate-Free, Solvent-Free, Fresh Scent - 5L by Daniel Smith

I first received this product when I bought a front loading washing machine about 8 years ago. If I remember correctly, there was a small sample in the washing machine. The salesman who helped us suggested that if we wanted to keep the washing machine in good, clean condition, we might consider buying a large bottle of this product. They came in both flavored and unflavored versions. Since my husband is sensitive to many scents, I chose the unscented one. There are only two of us at home most of the time, but we have had many short and long visits from the grandchildren, and of course our laundry load increases during this time. I've found I only need to buy a box every 18 months, but then again it's basically a wash for two. When used at the recommended amount, it works as well as any detergent I've ever used, but without the harsh artificial smells that most detergents use, and it also probably uses a lot fewer chemicals. I have not used anything other than this product in the entire 8 years that I have owned this washing machine and with the use of this detergent and a very occasional use of a vinegar rinse my machine is fairly clean inside. This was recently confirmed when we had to replace the seal spring. The mechanic noted the cleanliness of the car. I recommend pre-treating heavy soiling, but I would recommend doing this with any cleaning product!
