My work provides us with these orange glove clips which have a piece of rubber connecting the belt clip to a glove clip and I went through 2 or 3 of them because the rubber part kept breaking. When I got these I took apart 2 clips and put one of them on a small carabiner to hook into my belt loop and kept the extra one as a spare. I've been using it for a few months now and haven't had any problems. I have never lost a pair of gloves or broken a loop on my belt and since they are so cheap I would definitely say it's worth getting a pair.
