I have been a satisfied Forty4 customer for years, but my most recent transaction left me feeling betrayed. My son's birthday present toy vehicle didn't look anything like the picture online. The truck's construction was shoddy, with loose fitting panels and paint flaking off in several spots. Damage to the wrapping gave the impression that it had been opened previously. It was a hassle and took too much time to get a refund after I contacted customer support to report the problem. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes before someone answered my call, and when I did, they were uninterested in helping me. Even though the product was obviously broken, I was informed that I would have to pay to ship it back. Returning the item was a pain, and I haven't gotten my money back yet. My time with Forty4 has been negative on the whole. I'm left with a sour taste in my mouth because of the poor quality control and care I received. My future financial dealings will be with a different company.
