This is a great product! I have an inversion table that I use quite often for lower back pain and sciatica. I'm away from home quite often and can't use the inversion table for many days, so I need something portable. The day after my Liteaid Fabulesse Backstretcher arrived, I set out. The back is foldable, so I put it in my suitcase and used it every night during the trip. I think it aligns my spine as well or even better than my inversion table! I didn't pay attention to the bulges on the white plastic piece, so I just pushed the smooth side into the channels.
