Purchased this item a little over a month ago. The item was installed by my contractor husband without incident. Last week the item had trouble turning the valve handle to control the water. It still worked, but it took a bit of effort to turn the water on and off. I stopped completely yesterday. I contacted Revain only to find out I had just passed the 6 day return period and was told to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer can only be contacted via email. I informed her of the above information and that I was tired of washing my family's dishes, baby bottles and breast pump parts in the bathroom. The next day I received an email asking for an order number and a video of the non-working faucet. Today I emailed them the requested information and 12 hours later the manufacturer had the audacity to email me asking if I made sure the water valves were open?! I'm just in total shock because I would NOT waste my time with all this back and forth. So if you are thinking of buying this product I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere! Save time and money!
