Insights into Sales Calls made through CRM

The ability for the software to run offline without wifi is amazing! Once it has connected to internet, all relevant information comes in real-time and I have been able to analyze my callers very effectively. There are certain times when one of our team members fails to pick up their phone or they do not respond as soon as we expect them too but luckily there is an option to resend again which makes things easy. It takes some time to understand exactly how this tool works but once done, everything becomes easier and more effective. Nothing really! Sometimes if the connection between me and our customer drops because of bad weather conditions, the program gets confused. If this occurs immediately after connecting to WiFi, then no problem arises. But sometimes it happens during the first few seconds and requires restarting. Overall, its pretty great though. We use it to get feedback from customers who wish to leave.
