I like how easy it was to use - as soon as we have our first question or comment in there it just started working well for us! The customer service team are very friendly and helpful when needed (even over weekends!) There isn't anything about this software which I dislike other than its price point at $10 per month! It has been great so far but would love if they could add more features such as support tickets etc. We're solving problems with our customers using FAQs/Q & A type of questions, answers help them understand their products easily without having to go through their manual documentation and guides.
