Reviewing QA Equilibrium's cloud application

The best thing about haydl eqa was getting answers to my questions in real-time without having someone else call me back or take up too much of their time! I think it could use some work with its mobile app but overall very helpful for our business needs at this point!! It has been great so far though we are still trying out all features/apps as they continue working towards making more available within other platforms (mobile apps). Easy interface and great customer service

I like how easy it was to set up questions for our users with this product! The platform allows us as administrators very quick access into what we need in order solve issues or problems quickly so they can be solved before end-users even realize there are any errors at all!! No complaints here yet but if anything were needed i would say perhaps more options when creating new question types? We have been able use several different platforms from other companies which has made managing user…

Haydle Enterprise Q&A - A good tool if used correctly

I like the easy access to our Q&A section whenever I need it. It helps us keep track of FAQs for our customers and clients. We can also use it to get help from our internal team when something goes wrong within our website. The chat option isn’t great and doesn’t always work. Sometimes we have to re-enter information in the chat box just to refresh it. This feature could be fixed so you don’t have to do this. Also sometimes the system freezes or slows down which makes it hard for users to…

Useful tool especially useful during peak season times

I like how easy it was to use - as soon as we have our first question or comment in there it just started working well for us! The customer service team are very friendly and helpful when needed (even over weekends!) There isn't anything about this software which I dislike other than its price point at $10 per month! It has been great so far but would love if they could add more features such as support tickets etc. We're solving problems with our customers using FAQs/Q & A type of questions…

The ability to ask questions and get answers from our team members who have been in the business for years and are very knowledgeable. It is great to be able to ask questions via text or email and receive answers back as soon as possible. I dislike being unable to see when someone responds to my question/comment.
