The ability to ask questions and get answers from our team members who have been in the business for years and are very knowledgeable. It is great to be able to ask questions via text or email and receive answers back as soon as possible. I dislike being unable to see when someone responds to my question/comment. This can sometimes be frustrating when I am trying to schedule a meeting with someone but they do not respond until after the time has passed. Also, it would be nice if there were other ways to search through the FAQs (such as filtering by category). There isn't much to dislike about Haydle. They are always willing to help us out in any way that we need them too. We use Haydle to communicate with clients, vendors, and customers.
