I like the easy access to our Q&A section whenever I need it. It helps us keep track of FAQs for our customers and clients. We can also use it to get help from our internal team when something goes wrong within our website. The chat option isn’t great and doesn’t always work. Sometimes we have to re-enter information in the chat box just to refresh it. This feature could be fixed so you don’t have to do this. Also sometimes the system freezes or slows down which makes it hard for users to navigate around the site. Keep a running list of questions and answers related to your customer base. We are using Haydle Enterprise as a way to record our FAQs and provide support to our clients who have any issues they may encounter.
