Review on JMS by Jon Manning

I love how easy it was for my staff members who were new at this job, but had previous experience in another jail setting or corrections of some kind that they picked up right away! The training we received from beacon helped us understand our responsibilities as well as gave tips about what would be helpful when starting out (things like using time sheets). Nothing really stands-out here though - maybe just because there isn't anything bad either? We are able get all inmate information into one place so now everything can easily go through once instead having multiple reports written by different people going back an forth between inmates' files/paperwork etc..
