I like that it has multiple options for booking inmates, including self-service kiosks in jails or prisons as well! It can be difficult at times if you have an inmate who needs special attention (for example mental health issues). The software isn't always intuitive so there are some things we've had problems figuring out how best utilize certain features of our jail program - but this could just mean they're not used often enough yet by us staff members? I like that it was easy for our officers when they came into work each day, knowing exactly what their next shift would be! It has been hard at times finding time in my schedule as we have multiple shifts sometimes within one week or even less than 24 hours apart from other people who are working those same schedules too - so there can easily become confusion about where you're supposed to go if your scheduled dates overlap another person’s date of service (which happens often).
