Actually I made a mistake and didn't notice it until the new one fitted properly. Check that your original reel has a tab at the top that slides through a slot in the mirror frame. Luckily my old hull was perfect for the new bike. I just pulled out a new one and put it in the old case. 5 stars because my mirror can slide easily again. You can see how worn my old one was.
