NOT WHAT IT SAYS.
I read the previous reviews and thought maybe I was lucky because the real shampoo works really great. However, this seller's shampoo (sold by APPEAL) is fully diluted. You can't even pour it into your hand without it oozing through your fingers and it barely lathers. The conditioner, on the other hand, seems good, smells as it should, and does its job (which is why this review got an extra star). However, it's hard to tell if you don't have the right shampoo. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
