The product is diluted, liquid and thin

The product arrived on time but not what I ordered. I have bought products from Enjoy many times and have never had such poor quality. Shampoo and conditioner diluted with water, liquid and liquid. I have to use almost twice as much to get the same result as usual. I read other reviews with the same complaint and wanted to believe it wasn't true so I made the purchase. I would not buy it again and would highly recommend it. I hope this review will help all hesitant customers to save themselves…

Fantastic shampoo and conditioner

UPDATE (March 13, 2014): I've noticed that more reviewers are giving this product a lower rating because they are getting a diluted version of the shampoo. I can attest to that because I ordered the set myself and received a diluted shampoo that almost slips through my fingers. I was frustrated that I had spent money on it and the product didn't meet my expectations. However, it really depends on which SELLER you are ordering from. NOT WHAT IT SAYS.

I read the previous reviews and thought maybe I was lucky because the real shampoo works really great. However, this seller's shampoo (sold by APPEAL) is fully diluted. You can't even pour it into your hand without it oozing through your fingers and it barely lathers. The conditioner, on the other hand, seems good, smells as it should, and does its job (which is why this review got an extra star). However, it's hard to tell if you don't have the right shampoo. I have been using Enjoy for about 10 years. I know how this material should feel in my hands. I've ordered it from Revain sellers before and had good experiences. This was my first order from APPEAL. I love this salon product

I love this salon product! The shampoo is very creamy. I was disappointed when I received my product and the shampoo turned out to be watery. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common problem with this product. I will try again with another seller to see if I have the same problem. I would love to be able to buy the real deal on Amazon!

The new fragrance smells TERRIBLE

This review is for the shampoo only. I've been using this moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for a few years now, mostly because I love the smell. I used to use Scalp Moisture Maniac Shampoo, and a makeup store employee convinced me to try this sulfate-free brand, which (back then) had a similar scent. They must have changed the formula recently because after the first use of my last bottle I quickly passed out from the horrible very strong floral scent. It no longer has the sweet peach scent
