I have had a Lansky standard sharpening set for a long time and have always been happy with the price. I recently resharpened my Benchmade 940. Anyone who has ever sharpened a blade from an S90V knows this is no joke! I started with an extra course of 70 grit in my standard kit and sharpened it for a couple of hours over a couple of nights. The steel of the blade is so strong that I almost failed. I figured I had to come up with a better alternative, so I searched the internet and came across this additional diamond cutter. I wasn't so optimistic, but I ordered it anyway. God, how wrong I was! That thing went through the blade like butter! I'm sure you could really ruin the blade if you're not careful! I will probably rarely need this stone again but for what I needed it was perfect! I repurposed my blade in about 30 minutes and now my knife is razor sharp again!
