Great shift knob!

I love this pen, it feels good and has everything you need. I have a 98 GSR integrator. The only thing (which everyone else has been talking about) is direct per-machine changes, but that goes without saying for something general, which isn't a problem at all. I used a brass nut underneath as a lock nut and it never budged. I've been using it for about a month now.
