Review on Grant Products 968 MUnited Statestang by Matt Travers

Revainrating 1 out of 5

No great instructions, no help with kit selection, damaged chrome and center button rim

This product comes with almost no instructions and the instructions that it comes with (1 small sheet) are poorly written and seem knowledgeable assuming some other products (probably the set mentioned below). Apparently it is assumed that whoever buys this product does not need instructions. Although it states that a Grant steering wheel kit is required, the Revain display does not indicate which of the many such kits to use. . Likewise, the product's meager "instruction manual" does not specify which kit it recommends, nor does it indicate how to ascertain that information (except for the company's website, which lists literally hundreds of different types of products on their "installation kits" page ). a useless search function above ). As for the product. The wheel itself is decent, but the included Ford Mustang knob has numerous nicks and imperfections all over the chrome rim. Considering the price paid for it and the fact that it's all about being beautiful to look at, this seems totally inexcusable. Grant Racing logo. I think that's a bonus, but there's no description of what they're supposed to be and they're really just annoying because the information would be so much more useful than the stuff with the company logo on it.
