All of our staff was very helpful with their expertise when it came to using this software for various needs within my organization, It is easy enough that even I could use! We have been able fix errors in other softwares without having an IT person involved (that would be difficult!). This has helped streamline many different aspects concerning information technology projects at work as well help ensure accuracy from beginning all through completion which helps us out tremendously by making sure everything goes according planed & correct. The ability to create a custom app for each client, which is easy to use and can be customized as needed. It has an amazing reporting system that allows us to see what our clients are seeing in real time. There's nothing I dislike about this product! If your looking for an affordable solution, look no further. Yes, it requires some training but once they have the basics down, they'll love it. We've been able to reduce lost sales by over 50% just with the implementation of 8i.
