I love this backpack for many reasons. First, it meets all the basic functional needs of a toddler backpack as if it was designed by someone who really wants to make a good toddler backpack. This material is perfect for your average toddler on spectacularly unpredictably sticky days. The bag is easy to wash and the material keeps its color. All zips work well, cup holders and external internal pockets are a good size and conveniently located. The straps are intuitive and easy to adjust. Nothing in this bag was a problem for us. Second, it's available in aesthetically pleasing options that my kid won't use to promote anything. A lot of baby products don't even try to pretend to be cute. This backpack is very appealing to both my nerdy aesthetic and my defiant functional fixation.
