damn cold hands. In the past I have scoured the internet looking for a similar product without success. I bought the first two for a colleague in the office and for myself who have glass top desks. I spent too much time in my home office without adequate heating and my hands were sore and numb. After the last 2 months I have decided to buy 3 more and give them away. Good: Heats up evenly. Auto off timer function! Large - leaves room for keyboard and mouse. Easy to wipe or clean. 3 heating modes. No power block / wall wart. Competition: more expensive. Smaller (not wide enough). Bad electronics or heating elements. Manual on/off or high/medium/low quality. After reading the included instructions (automatically translated into English), you will quickly realize that it is not specifically designed for the US market. However, the electronic connections are solid and I haven't noticed any obvious product flaws that would be a cause for concern. Durability: Current use is about 5-6 hours 3 times a week at minimum temperature. I will update this review if the product doesn't make it through the winter.
