I'm a 68" tall man, slender athletic build, 154 lb. I bought the dark coffee color. Good construction, good zippers. The inner lining is a silk-like material with a breast pocket on the left side. There's no pocket on the left-outside, its a faux zipper (though it does zip!).Coat is a nice fit over-all when wearing a long sleeve shirt. With a sweater underneath, might be slightly snug. Length lands at mid butt-cheeks. When I'm seated I unzip it, otherwise it bunches up my chest. Arms are a bit long, though not terrible. Probably good in chilly weather.
