I've tried many different toners over the last ten years
Acwell Balancing Cleansing Toner doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, soothes rosacea and moisturizes my face after cleansing. I will keep buying this toner as long as Acwell keeps making it! Highly recommended for mature combination skin (nose and forehead are oilier) and drier cheeks. I'm 61 and I love what just a few drops do for my smarter skin!
