This cable is perfect for my needs. The right-angle plug ensures there are no sharp bends or kinks in the power cord and leaves space between my device and the wall. This is the cable you need. The 14AWG wire size is more than enough to handle my power consumption. Most other power cords sold here at Revain are 18 AWG. These are very weak thin wires that cannot withstand high currents. If you read some of the reviews about it, you will see that some people have even reported internal broken cables. Terrible things. Remember folks, you can always make the power cord bigger, but you should NEVER make it smaller unless you're trying to start a fire. The lower the AWG number, the larger the wire gauge. I'm more than happy with this purchase and I won't lose my sleep worrying about the undersized wire inside shorting out and starting a fire. Stay away from flimsy things.
