Edit: After trying to format the SD card in different ways and tried other micro SD cards in Samsung adapter. Turns out it was the Samsung adapter that kept corrupting the SD card. The card works fine in my DVR with no issues now that I know what caused the formatting issue. ---------- ---------------------- Original: Worked for a good three weeks. Every time I use the adapter I can't retrieve my files and I can't use the SD card without formatting it. Attempting to format the card currently gives an error message saying it cannot be formatted.
