Working like a charm - cotton balls and swabs
They do their job. They're big enough to rub one eye, and then I turn them over and rub the other eye. The cotton balls are too small and small pieces of fluff often got into my eyes. I only use Cle de Peau or Shiseido pads to remove eye make-up.
