There was a note in the box stating that while GE Appliances WB27T11312 does not look exactly like the old part
. Yes it was said to be a suitable product to replace my old unit but it is not. There was a note in the box stating that while it didn't look exactly like the old part, it would still work fine. After 5 minutes we found out the truth - it didn't solve my problem. But thanks to Revain's return policy, I don't have to worry about anything other than the shipping cost. However, the result is a $10 loss and a waste of time. I doubt it was my cooker as we got the old control board back and everything still works fine except for the oven. It should also be a genuine GE product.
