Very happy to be able to push the buttons again

Factory unit failed due to worn buttons. It was a great refreshment and the stove is like new again. Recommend a new pad/sticker. I was able to salvage the original, but the new replacement is much more desirable.

I would recommend this for repair work

It will fit and work. Just make sure you map the wires before disconnecting or have a schematic. For heaven's sake, make sure you unplug your stove before servicing it. This device has high voltage and high current. Recommended for renovation work.

Did the job! for accessory organizers

We changed the lightbulb without turning off the switch to the stove, oops, the control board burned out! Replacing with this part was easy (it was the only part that wasn't purely mechanical) and fixed the problem the first time with no problems. You will also need to get a front cover as the old one is glued onto the old controller.

There was a note in the box stating that while GE Appliances WB27T11312 does not look exactly like the old part

. Yes it was said to be a suitable product to replace my old unit but it is not. There was a note in the box stating that while it didn't look exactly like the old part, it would still work fine. After 5 minutes we found out the truth - it didn't solve my problem. But thanks to Revain's return policy, I don't have to worry about anything other than the shipping cost. However, the result is a $10 loss and a waste of time. I doubt it was my cooker as we got the old control board back and…
