I bought these to replace those halogen lights the previous owner had running around the house (extremely energy intensive). I wanted something cheap and simple that looked good and fit the bill! There really isn't much to consider here, it's a fairly simple theme that doesn't have too many bugs. In the picture, it's shown with a kind of greenish-yellowish tint, which is actually not that common in real life. Also, the instructions were completely useless (like most instructions) but really aren't needed if you know a little bit about what you're doing. They are securely mounted and fit snugly in the ceiling boxes, well connected with good gauge/quality wires. The only problem I had was that if you use very long CFLs they are a bit visible from the side; This. The glass case may have been slightly larger or slightly more curved at the ends to conceal it. But nobody but me ever noticed, and it was just long onions. For 10 euros you really can't go wrong.
