I have been carrying this bag to the office for a little over a month. It was a bit stiff at first, but once it was broken in, it is great. Upon arrival, there was something all across the handle and the front of the bag, but it wiped off with a damp cloth and was fine. The bow was not as cute (actually looked a bit awkward) as I hoped it would be so I promptly removed it. Overall, the bag is a great quality at a great price. I load it down with binders, laptops, and whatever else I need every day. It is holding up well!
