Since most of the work moved home and there was a need to work in a variety of places, a powerful enough laptop was needed to pull both three-dimensional CAD and calculations with large arrays of input data. This laptop does the job just fine. Different pros: Great performance laptop. Doesn't turn into an oven, even counting hours at almost maximum load (using both all cores and a video card). With its cons: I would like a little less weight and more autonomy. Only 2 USB ports. Sometimes you want more.
