As a small business owner I am painfully aware of the damage an unfair negative review can cause so I rarely leave reviews unless totally deserved. I will probably be returning this keyboard tray for a few reasons.1. The build quality compared to the price is terrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap plastic.2. There is no smooth slide as they claim. The tray and the drawer both stick and you need both hands to open them.3. The first picture clearly shows a section of the drawer for pens but in reality…

Not a bad deal, but the slides for the tray and the drawer leave a bit to be desired. The clamping hardware is pretty stout and will probably outlive me. but the slides and tray/drawer, only time will tell.

This keyboard drawer is a bath toy… Do not get it. It’s bouncy, wiggly, and horribly made. On top of that, two months after I installed it, two bolts fell out and now it’s broken. THE WORST PURCHASE FROM AMAZON IN YEARS.

I paid $70 for this product and I expected higher quality materials. It's mostly made of cheap plastic. The bearings also appear to be plastic which means that it doesn't smoothly slide open and closed, it sticks. The drawer is also pretty big so it's always pressed against my legs while I'm typing. Very disappointed in this product. At the end of the day it does get the job done, but I expected higher quality and will probably be returning this and asking for a refund.

The drawer and pull out keyboard tray was a good idea and was what attracted me to this item. It fits a Logitech K350 keyboard and a mouse. However, the quality of the item is really shoddy for the asking price. The glides are not smooth and the plastic that the tray and drawer are made of is cheap and wiggles easy. Had this for over a year and never felt it to be very stable. they were always an imbalance, mostly in the closed position where it would lean downward and things would roll in the drawer. if you have an adjustable desk (up and down) then you would be limited to the down position as it takes a lot of space in that direction for the keyboard and the drawer and you also have to account for the imbalance in the close position. I have replaced this with a better option.

just what I needed to clear the top of my desk. the keyboard tray is just right for keyboard and mouse, and the draw is a benefit for holding pens and paper clips

It's a decent product overall. However, I feel it's just wonky to use. I am trying to get used to it but I might be returning it. It doesn't feel ergonomic but I am working on making adjustments with my chair and arm rests. When I first used it, the screws weren't tightened enough I guess and the tray tilted backwards causing my mouse to fall off several times. not sturdy, had to buy a memory foam wrist and mouse support because there is a plastic lip on the edge that digs into your wrists. Drawer is flimsy.

It's floppy, the wholes didn't line up so i had to force it together. I wish I had purchased a different KB tray. I may replace it soon.

This is really nice, strong, looks good, and is functional but my knees are sore from running them into the tray. I don't care how hard I try, the level of the tray is perfect for a daily knee wack.Don't get me wrong. I'm really happy with this setup but other than my daily knee whacking. I think I am going to glue some padding to the drawer. Hey manufacturing people - take the hint!

The overall construction of this product is great! The brackets are coated steel, everything operates smoothly. I reached out the the manufacturer upon receiving the product because one of the brackets had a defect. They were quick to rectify the situation and sent me a brand new unit!

this product works well for getting the junk i need off of my desk and help with ergonomics. however the reason the pictures only show it while in-use is because the back part sags down which looks ugly and hard to pull out again.

To use the drawer or top for key board, you have to pull out, when done, have to push in. This is a hassle because it sticks and is a very rough transition. Since it’s so hard to open and close, I figure it will break easily. Bad buy!

Strong and sturdy but the sliders for the shelf and under shelf not a good design. Needs carefull handling to slide in and out.

The only complaint I have is the pads for the clamp where it attaches to my desk it slides from wear. Great shelf it is made of plastic so I do wory about how long it will last but seeming to do very well!

This product is not worth the price they are selling it for. When I got the product and installed it I honestly don’t see why it had to be $65 it was really a rip off. Save ur money and find the same product else where for cheaper. I got the most expensive thinking better quality and I was sadly mistaken

I was disappointed with the build quality of this product, considering the price. It is a flimsy plastic top and drawer. The tray and drawer do not open/close easily on the tracks.
