As a small business owner I am painfully aware of the damage an unfair negative review can cause so I rarely leave reviews unless totally deserved. I will probably be returning this keyboard tray for a few reasons.1. The build quality compared to the price is terrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap plastic.2. There is no smooth slide as they claim. The tray and the drawer both stick and you need both hands to open them.3. The first picture clearly shows a section of the drawer for pens but in reality both side of the drawer look like the left side in the picture. So there are four largely worthless spots for what? paper clips? Who uses them any more?4. The instructions were wrong. In step 2 you must use the lower screw holes or you will not be able to open the drawer.5. I bought it because it includes the drawer but it is so deep you have to raise your desk or you hit your knees against the drawer. But once you raise the desk the ergonomic benefits are ruined.6. Did I mention the cheap, incredibly freakin cheap, plastic and terrible slide action of the drawers?
