Good. I really want this screen to last because I bought it on November 26, 2021 and have been using it since December 2021 until now. I started seeing red shadows on my screen out of blue and like everyone else I turned the screen off to see if that fixed the issue as a possible rendering issue from my Mac. But no. Now my screen has red outlines and a red light at the top of the screen. I have no way of contacting the seller even though I registered this product for warranty. I hope the seller will contact me about this.//----------------------------------- -- -- ---------------- ------------------ EDIT After 3 days I got 3 different ways by e- Sent mail to get in touch with the seller, I was finally able to get in touch with the account manager Jolene. She asked for the monitor to be shipped to the California office and told me that once I received the tracking number they would send me a replacement. Also, she offered to send a better cable due to the inconvenience, but I declined as I already had my own 4k 40Gbps 100W Type-C data cable. Saturday and I was able to get my replacement by next Thursday. To be honest, when I received the replacement I was a little disappointed as it was clearly not a new monitor. dirty fingerprints everywhere, like it's clearly an open box. Also the RBG and contrast settings were way off so I reset the settings as well. One thing that still doesn't work is that this replaced one is a lot dimmer than the previous one, even at the maximum brightness setting. But I wouldn't do anything to contact the seller to exchange it again as it has already cost me additional shipping cost for a replacement. My job requires me to look at screens for long periods of time and this replacement falls short of my expectations for the $355 I spent.
