Review on Seiko Jubilee Style 22mm Stainless Steel: Sleek and Sturdy Watch Strap for a Timeless Look by Zachary Jackson

Perfect Seiko Strap

I bought the Seiko skx007 just after I found out they were being discontinued. The particular watch I bought came with a standard rubber strap which in itself is AMAZING but I wanted an anniversary soon after. It fits my watch like it was made for it! Guess why? It WAS made for that. The end links align smoothly and fit perfectly around the body radius. I mean just great. Some people complain about the bracelet rattling or that it has hollow end links and curved center links and so on. Rolex has been making its bracelets the same way for almost 40 years. Hollow end links and middle links save weight, which is a big plus if your watch has 22mm lugs. Your watch is probably 42mm plus, and having worn my Seiko stock hoops, a couple of NATO straps, and these Jubilees, I can easily say that the Jubilees are the most comfortable. Also, this bracelet costs about $35. I'm not saying it's very cheap, but it's certainly a great bargain in the world of watches, especially since it's a product of the famous Seiko brand. I wear my watch to work every day. I am interested in metalworking so this bracelet has seen a lot of heavy welding, grinding and fitting. The combo of brushed outer and polished center links hides scratches very well, and overall it's hard for me to say anything negative about the Jubilee. Some know the "anniversary route”. This bracelet looks a little stretched when you first take it out, but that's how it was made. Just give it a try, because it's amazingly comfortable and the "stretch" allows the bracelet to follow your hand movements better. I've attached some photos after a few months of use.
