I've had stickier duct tape.

I bought this tape for it's color. I use it to seal around window air conditioners in my RV that are white. It sticks well to the a/c unit itself, but not so well to the painted wood frame around it. I keep having to re-press it when it comes loose. Time will tell how well the waterproofing capabilities work on the outside application.
