Zipper broke on third use
All the zippers on this bag get stuck from time to time which should have been a bigger concern. The big zipper broke off while on a walk and had to be bobby pinned together until I was able to get to a place I could replace my bag. The bag was about half full so it wasnt because of overstuffing. The shoulders also dig into my shoulders to much.
