Review on Hydro-absorbent Kids Hooded Robes with Coral Fleece by Ken Hamdan

I just received and opened it and it doesn't feel soft but the robe is THIN! I'm not sure how anyone could leave a review about it being soft and thick. I'm not happy yet. I don't know if my daughter will like it. So far the last robe I gave her feels better than this one. The problem with her last one was that it was too short and tight under the arms, but it was very plush and thick! No little girl will want to wear a robe that makes her feel like her area is slightly exposed. SmhThis robe is like a fabric softener towel that hasn't been washed out! It's even thinner than my bath towels! I don't know why it's so hard to find a robe that fits my daughter, who is small by the way. The one that is long, like at or very close to her ankles, and soft and thick, like a spa robe! I see what she's thinking first, see if she's comfortable with it or not. I have size XL which says it is for 16 years old and adults as robes are generally very small, my daughter is not a teenager yet. Maybe she can endure that feeling just to see how it works when it comes to absorbency. A good bathrobe should be able to complete the drying process after showering/bathing. You know you still feel a little wet after towel drying, if it's a little difficult to put on your clothes, a bathrobe will dry you completely. Perhaps companies are confusing bathrobes with dressing gowns, which are completely different and should be made differently. I don't know, I just can't express my disappointment with this product! I wouldn't even give 1 star but it is food for thought. I may update this if my daughter uses it and it is suitable for the drying process and fits well.
