I ordered this to replace one of our fluorescent tubes. I am very satisfied with the result. I installed it in minutes. I found it would be difficult just to open the back connector and pull out the wires, so I opened the cover to do the installation. The wiring from my wall fit securely into the pre-installed connectors, I was then able to secure the back cover with a wire clip, fold the wires neatly inwards and then reattach the cover. If you do this, make sure one of the cover screws goes through the small green grounding tab that pops off when you remove the screws. After installation everything looked great. The color temperature selection feature is handy and one of the settings matches the fluorescent light on the other side of the stove exactly. I particularly like the rotating lamp function. By tilting it a little further, it illuminates the front edge of our counter and doesn't shine on the wall, which actually makes it look a lot better. Now I need to get more of these to make them all match. We usually keep this on a low setting that's still bright enough. When we need more light we turn it up full, which is bright as hell. We are very happy with this lamp.
