Use them instead of full top tube covers

Whenever I see someone riding a single speed or track bike and they use clamps and full top tube covers I just shake my head. Using clamps and a body on the top tube is absolutely ridiculous and pointless when you have that solution. They're cheap, they improve the look of your exercise bike or track bike and they work, need I say more?
