Review on GovDelivery Communications Cloud by Carl Givens

I like that it is easy to navigate, has great customer service support team (even if you can't speak English) but also have an amazing community manager who helps us solve any problems we may be facing when using this software! The only thing i dislike about GOV DELIVERY IS THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE A FAST DOWNLOAD FEATURE LIKE THE PRISM WEBSITE HAS. This allows me as our Community Manager/Admin of Prism Websites all over America faster access so my clients do not experience slow downs or issues while trying their websites out in public areas where there are high traffic levels!!
