This phone is a joke. And let me be clear, I LOVE dumb phones. All I want is something simple and easy to use for texting and calling. But it looks like the operating system was developed by a high school student for a computer lab. It's bulky, it's missing tons of important features, and it's so hard to navigate that I literally can't imagine an older, less tech-savvy person using it. I can hardly get it to work myself. In addition to its almost complete lack of functionality or usability, it has turned itself off and reset during almost all of my calls for the week or so that I've had it, it won't download MMS texts (a firmware update is coming, apparently, but MORE , this technology is at least ten years old!) and it's surprisingly quiet - again, is this a phone for the elderly?! I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with any technology. First thing tomorrow I will be returning it and literally buying something else.
