The best thing about Jika is that it integrates with our Google Analytics and our website tracking. It allows us to see all different aspects of our business in one place. There are a few features that need to be added as they would really enhance the product even more. I highly recommend this tool. We needed a way to keep track of our customers while still having visibility into what was happening with each customer and their actions. The data we get from the tracking has allowed us to see which pages are most popular in terms of sales and identify ways to make those products or services better.
