Excellent build quality, good looks, nice touch, quiet and comfortable, easy to use. Sturdy yet lightweight, held securely upright, threaded through two belt loops and a metal clip on my belt. Both of my phones, XS MAX and Pixel 4 XL are heavy and not a problem. It's really a win. I tried one and was so impressed I bought two more to reserve and give away. This was my first double phone case. Having had a lot of experience with horizontal single phone carry cases, I knew right away this was a winner. None of the negative comments mentioned in some of the other reviews matched my experience. Except that the strap fell off. If you simply snap the loops into place and thread them through the belt loops, they will eventually fall out. At least that's my experience with horizontal single phone cases. If you ever want to lose your phone, just use a clip.
