The weight of the copper and the shape of the fin are of excellent quality.
It's 15 ounce copper and actually finned right, it's not a block of CNC fins. The only problem is that the backplate doesn't clean up a lot of the soldering points on the back of the Itx motherboard I wanted to use it and find it uncomfortable that the foam protects against short circuits so haven't tried it yet but very nicely finished just for not suitable for my application.
