I have been using this Neutragena cleanser for over 20 years. I have had problems with blackheads and pimples and have tried many brands of facial cleansers. I finally came to the conclusion that my problem wasn't just cleaning my skin, but that part of the problem was the cleanser. So I tried a lot of products for sensitive skin, including some damn expensive ones. This is the only cleaner that works for me. I've gone on vacation a few times over the years and forgot to pack my cleanser and regretted it when the pimples reappeared. Everyone's skin is different so I'm sure it won't work for everyone, but in my experience it's worth a try. By the way, I didn't rate it as "moisturizing" because I didn't buy it for that and didn't know if it was moisturizing or not. But I can say that it does not dry out the skin.
